Director, Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Lead the strategic and operational aspects of clinical pharmacology programs, serving as a department representative on cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing clinical pharmacology plans, guiding PK/PD analyses, managing drug-drug interaction and special population studies, overseeing regulatory and safety documentation, and contributing to clinical development strategies. The role involves supervision, career development, and potential resource management within the department. Requirements: Ph.D./PharmD in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, or related field with 10+ years (or Masters with 15+ years) of relevant experience, including 3+ years of management. Expertise in PK/PD modeling, clinical study design (FIH, proof-of-concept, registrational), and regulatory document contributions is essential. Preferred: experience with bioavailability, drug-drug interactions, and conducting complex clinical pharmacology studies.
