Position Summary
Director, Clinical Pharmacology leads planning, implementation, and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies across one or more development programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and/or mentor CP&P leads
- Independently contribute to compound development across phases
- Represent Clinical Pharmacology at asset teams for governance
- Provide input to Phase 2/3 study design and registrational strategy
- Own the Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CP&P) Plan
- Lead Clinical Pharmacology study design; manage data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Serve as CP&P subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, regulatory submissions, and initiatives
- Participate in interactions with health authorities as CP&P subject matter expert
- Lead/participate in departmental initiatives and represent CP&P on workstreams/taskforces
- Work with Business Development teams to assess external acquisitions

Qualifications & Experience
- MS, PhD, or PharmD in relevant field; or PharmD with clinical pharmacology research fellowship
- ~7+ years’ progression in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics; drug development process; small molecule and/or biologic property characterization
- In-depth knowledge of current Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics practices/issues
- Strong written/oral communication for scientific presentations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Mentorship/leadership of staff and CP&P function; CP&P lead for one or more assets
- Demonstrated stakeholder management/influence

Preferred Skills
- Programming experience (e.g., NONMEM, R, WinNonlin, SAS, Splus)
- Quantitative data analysis, PopPK/PD, and data visualization

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Starting base salary ranges: $226,130–$274,021 (Cambridge Crossing) or $201,910–$244,666 (Princeton, NJ)
