Director Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Lead scientific and strategic clinical pharmacology initiatives supporting early- and late-stage drug development. Responsibilities: guide study design, dose selection, and pharmacometrics analyses; oversee bioanalytical and modeling activities; contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions; support portfolio decisions and business development; mentor junior staff. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or related; 8-10+ years in clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics within pharma or biotech; expertise in PK/PD modeling, bioanalytical methods, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, CFR). High-Value: focus on drug development strategies, dose optimization, modeling (WinNonlin, NONMEM/R preferred), and regulatory engagement; experience with transdermal formulations is a plus. WorkSetup: hybrid (office-based with at least two days onsite).
