Director, Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Lead Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics in drug development, providing strategic and scientific oversight across multiple projects. Responsibilities: independently manage clinical pharmacology activities, guide project timelines, conduct risk assessments, influence cross-functional decisions, review regulatory documents, and lead regulatory interactions. Serve as a key scientific advisor to senior management, participate in business development through due diligence, and mentor teams. Qualifications: PhD (typically 9+ years experience) or PharmD (11+ years), or relevant master's (17+ years) or bachelor's (19+ years), with expertise in PK, PBPK, PK-PD, pharmacometrics, or systems pharmacology. Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, project management, and regulatory strategy is required. High-Value: Extensive experience in clinical pharmacology within biopharma, with a focus on drug development phases, regulatory submissions, and global collaboration, especially in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience areas.
