In This Role, You Will
- Develop clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric strategies to accelerate and support the product development plan; serve as Clinical Pharmacology lead, regulatory interaction representative, and propose innovative strategies to get therapies to patients faster.
- Design clinical studies by providing clinical pharmacology input for Phase 1-3 and dedicated Phase 1 clinical pharmacology studies.
- Author and review clinical pharmacology sections for regulatory documents (IBs, INDs, NDAs, and other regulatory submissions); act as clinical pharmacology expert during health authority interactions.
- Interface cross-functionally with clinical study teams, translational teams (DMPK, Translational Modeling and Toxicology), preclinical teams, and due diligence teams.
- Solve drug development questions via modeling and simulation to expedite decision-making.

The Experience You’ll Need
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmacokinetics (or related), M.D. with Clinical Pharmacology expertise, or Pharm.D. with a Clinical Pharmacology fellowship; 5-9+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical drug development.
- Demonstrated success leading clinical pharmacology aspects of drug development.
- Experience managing PK, PK-PD, and PK-safety analyses (non-compartmental analysis, population PK, PK-PD modeling/simulations) to support dose selection and exposure-response/exposure-safety analyses.
- Proficiency with WinNonlin, Monolix, NONMEM, R, or other modeling software.
- Experience responding to regulatory agency questions and preparing clinical pharmacology content for regulatory submissions; attend regulatory meetings.

Preferred
- Oncology experience (preferred, not required).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary range: NYC/Boston/SF Bay Area(s) $234,190–$287,980; Salt Lake City & all other U.S. locations $212,900–$261,800; additional stated range $212,900–$297,000. Eligible for annual bonus, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Working Location
- SLC or NYC ideal; remote considered with regular on-site visits.
