Role: Director, Clinical Pharmacology leading the design and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies across development programs. Responsibilities: oversee PK/PD studies, contribute to clinical study designs (Phases 2-3), develop and implement CP&P plans, analyze and interpret pharmacometric data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies; mentor staff and represent Clinical Pharmacology at asset and governance teams. Requirements: MS, PhD, or PharmD in a relevant field; 7+ years in clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics, with expertise in small molecules and biologics, and knowledge of drug development stages and regulatory interactions. Preferred: programming skills (e.g., NONMEM, R, WinNonlin), quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management experience. High-Value: cross-functional collaboration, contribution to registrational strategies, and leadership in a global biopharma setting. Work Setup: hybrid or onsite; location varies by site, with some responsibilities requiring site presence.
