Role: Lead the clinical outsourcing and financial planning functions for a biotech company focused on oncology and obesity therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop and implement outsourcing strategies, oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and governance for clinical service providers; manage clinical financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization; ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards; build scalable procurement processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Biometrics, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Finance; and manage vendor relationships and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or Procurement; 8-10 years in biotech, pharma, or CRO outsourcing and financial analysis; proven success in vendor negotiations, contract management, and clinical trial support across phases I-IV; knowledge of global clinical development, GCP, ICH guidelines; strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and procurement frameworks. Preferred: MBA, CPA, MCIPS, experience in small/mid-sized biotech with phase I-IV trials, and familiarity with oncology or obesity modalities.
