Role: Director of Clinical Operations, Oncology, responsible for leading and executing large, complex clinical oncology programs, including multi-indication trials. Responsibilities: oversee clinical program delivery, manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, contribute to clinical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain inspection readiness. Provide leadership within global program teams, manage budgets, and facilitate issue resolution at senior levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 12+ years in pharma or biotech, with 9+ years in clinical study management, including Phase 2 and 3 oncology trials; extensive experience in global/regulatory clinical operations and line management. Preferred: advanced degrees, multiple therapeutic area expertise, proven leadership in matrix environments, and fluency in English.
