Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Director of Clinical Operations for Oncology, overseeing global execution of Phase I-IV trials in cancer therapies. Qualifications: BA/BS/RN with 12+ years or advanced degrees with 10+ years of life sciences experience, including oncology clinical trials and leadership in complex programs. Proven expertise in regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP), trial management, CRO/vendor management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred skills include strategic planning, change management, and team development. High-value specifics: Oncology (cancer), registration-enabling trials, global scope, experience with Phase I-IV programs, and strong regulatory knowledge. Work setup: likely hybrid with national/international travel as needed.
