Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Senior leader overseeing international oncology clinical trials (Phase I-IV) at Gilead, with a focus on first-in-human (FIH) studies and multiple indications. Responsibilities: provide therapeutic expertise, direct study teams and CROs, develop and enforce clinical trial SOPs, contribute to regulatory documents (e.g., INDs, Study Reports), manage budgets and timelines, and represent the company at external events. Requirements: 12+ years of relevant experience with a BS or MS in a scientific discipline; minimum 5 years leading Phase I oncology trials; extensive clinical trial management expertise; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; knowledge of regulatory requirements.
