Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Senior leader responsible for overseeing international oncology clinical trials, primarily Phase I and later stages, ensuring strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. Responsibilities: provide therapeutic expertise, manage cross-functional teams and external CROs, develop and enforce SOPs, review clinical documents, and represent the company at professional forums. Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant experience with a scientific degree (BS, MS, or RN), extensive experience leading early-phase oncology trials, and proven leadership in global clinical programs. High-Value: oncology (cancer), Phase I-Four, first-in-human studies, international trial management, regulatory document contributions, CRO/vendor oversight, and budget management.
