Director, Clinical & Medical Strategic Planning & Management
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the formulation of clinical development and medical evidence generation plans (including strategic alignment, endocrine portfolio view, contemporary visible roadmaps, balancing dependencies, managing competing resource demands, and evaluating portfolio/program performance).
- Facilitate execution of plans to generate impactful evidence (support ERDMS teams with endpoint and cross-functional priority decisions; enable effective collaboration).
- Promote ways of working that keep teams organized and enable subject matter experts to strategize.
- Promote communication and information-sharing (oversee collaboration within/across functions; schedule data interpretation discussions; plan data presentation flow; create internal tools/visuals for key clinical/medical messages).
- Cultivate proactivity and accountability; lay foundations for short- and long-term success.
