Experience in biopharma industry, leading cross-functional teams, and protocol development is advantageous. Knowledge of regulatory processes, clinical trial conduct, and GxP is essential. High-value specifics include early-phase autoimmune or inflammatory disease research, medical monitoring, and regulatory document management.
