Director, Clinical Development

Role: Director of Clinical Development responsible for shaping and executing global clinical strategies for neuropsychiatric and rare disease therapies, including programs in Alzheimer’s, Lewy body dementia, and other underserved indications. Responsibilities: develop and implement clinical development plans, oversee study design and execution, engage with investigators and thought leaders, support regulatory submissions and interactions, and facilitate transition from discovery to clinical phases. Qualifications: MD or equivalent, with 3+ years of medical or clinical experience in pharma, especially in neurology or rare diseases; experience with clinical research, study planning, and cross-functional collaboration; strong communication and leadership skills.
