Role: Director of Clinical Development focused on advancing neuropsychiatric and rare disease therapies. Responsibilities include devising and executing global clinical development plans, overseeing study design, medical monitoring, data analysis, and report writing; cultivating relationships with investigators and thought leaders; supporting regulatory submissions; and guiding compounds from discovery through clinical milestones. Requirements: MD or equivalent, with 3+ years of clinical or research experience within industry, preferably with involvement in medical monitoring, multiple development phases, and rare neurological disorders. Ideal candidates possess established investigator networks, leadership skills within geographically dispersed teams, and experience working with regulatory agencies.
