Role: Senior leader responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and vendor governance in clinical data management across multiple therapeutic areas and trial phases. Responsibilities: oversee data management activities for clinical research, develop high-level objectives, ensure quality through vendor oversight (including DHT/COA platforms), implement KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and mentor a team, develop SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clinical, regulatory, and vendor partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field; 12+ years industry experience in clinical data management or operations, with 5+ years in management and experience with digital health tech, COA, and IRT systems. Skills: strong leadership, project management (Waterfall/Agile), broad drug development knowledge, vendor management, process improvement, and excellent communication. High-Value: expertise in clinical data collection, processing, and storage; experience supporting global trials; familiarity with GxP, GCP, ICH standards. Work setup: hybrid in the US with approximately 10% travel.
