Director, Clinical Biomarkers & Translational Medicine – Oncology (Solid Tumor Portfolio)

Role: Lead the development and execution of translational medicine and clinical biomarker strategies in oncology, supporting early- to late-stage solid tumor programs. Responsibilities: serve as biomarker lead collaborating with Discovery, Clinical Development, Bioinformatics, Regulatory, and external partners; develop biomarker plans for patient selection, target engagement, resistance mechanisms, and dose optimization; interpret multi-omics datasets to inform clinical and strategic decisions; drive biomarker regulatory activities and scientific publications. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MD/PhD in a related scientific field; 5+ years in oncology drug development with experience leading biomarker strategies across Phase I-III; expertise in modern translational technologies (NGS, ctDNA, multiplex IHC, etc.); prior experience with targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, or ADCs preferred; track record supporting companion diagnostics and regulatory submissions beneficial.
