Director, Clinical Biomarkers & Translational Medicine – Oncology (Solid Tumor Portfolio)

Role: Director, Clinical Biomarkers & Translational Medicine within the Oncology team, leading biomarker and translational strategies across early- to late-stage solid tumor programs. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated biomarker strategies supporting patient selection, target engagement, resistance mechanisms, and dose optimization; interpret complex datasets to inform clinical and portfolio decisions; lead regulatory activities related to biomarkers; establish collaborations with external partners; represent the company at scientific forums and publications. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline; minimum of five years in oncology drug development with substantial biomarker/translational leadership; experience across Phase I-III, supporting targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, or ADCs; familiarity with modern translational technologies like NGS, ctDNA, multiplex IHC, proteomics, single-cell methods; proven success supporting biomarker strategies and regulatory submissions.
