Purpose Of Role And Responsibilities
- Generate insights and transfer knowledge on environmental trends, policy, and channel dynamics; embed insights into company and brand strategies.
- Catalyze access solutions for in-line and pipeline assets; influence and align with Executive Leadership, USMAx, Payer Strategy, Pipeline Strategy, Brand Teams, and External Affairs.
- Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Pipeline, Trade, and Account teams to ensure actionable, fit-for-purpose channel deliverables; share accountability for strategic recommendations.
- Partner on prioritized strategic projects critical to the brand.
- Consult with Pipeline and Business Development to inform licensing/acquisition using channel dynamics.
- Coordinate with USMAx leadership, Government/Public Affairs, Strategy Development, IRA Center of Excellence and others; inform/influence policy externally.
- Orchestrate work across internal teams and external partners (agencies, consultants, customers, Market Access Insights).
- Build customer connections with Account Management; influence customer viewpoints to align future market approaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s in science or business; advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years pharma market access/healthcare/policy experience.
- Strong knowledge of US access, reimbursement, pricing; payer dynamics (PBM, Medicare, Medicaid, other channels).
- Cross-functional experience (e.g., marketing, customer engagement/negotiation, finance, regulatory, R&D, medical/HEOR).
- Strong communication/storytelling and executive presence; stakeholder relationship management.
