Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Cell & Gene Therapy and RLT portfolio contract strategies for distribution, dispensing, pharmacy, and group purchasing organizations aligned to Business Unit sales goals and customer needs.
- Align strategy with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access functions and ensure cross-functional support.
- Develop field operations models and data capabilities to plan business-to-business market access field engagement and monitor impact.
- Perform strategic and financial evaluation of potential contracting efforts; support customer negotiations; execute end-to-end channel partner contracts.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, Pharmacy, Consulting, or Payer experience.
- Thorough understanding of US healthcare economics and pharmaceutical demand drivers (pricing and reimbursement).
- Extensive experience in healthcare contracting; strong understanding of distribution, GPO, and pharmacy business models.
- Proven ability to manage complex customers and build relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management.
- In-depth knowledge of patient access, launch excellence, marketing, and business processes; ability to analyze complex issues.
- Deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical value chain and business processes.
- Strong commercial and field data analytics and enablement capabilities.

Desirable Requirements:
- People leadership experience preferred.
- Prior experience in cell and gene therapy, rare disease, radioligand therapy, radioligand imaging, and/or high-cost specialty medical benefits preferred.
