Director, Center Operations

Role Summary

The Center Director provides supervision and direction for all activities within the plasma collection center, overseeing production, regulatory compliance, budget management, human resources management, and information systems management. The ability to meet production goals while maintaining regulatory compliance is critical to this position. The role includes management and administrative planning to achieve company and regulatory objectives using standard operating procedures (SOPs), training, work performance objectives, and team building. The Center Director directs activities to ensure timelines are achieved, staff and donor communication is effective, production goals are achieved, and donor satisfaction is maximized in a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for both donors and staff; acts as liaison with corporate office functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, regulatory compliance, budget management, human resources management, and information systems management.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining regulatory compliance.
