Role: Lead global Medical Affairs strategy for Bristol Myers Squibb's Multiple Myeloma (MM) Cell Therapy pipeline, providing scientific leadership and external engagement. Responsibilities: define and execute integrated medical plans across the MM CAR T assets, represent the pipeline strategy internally and externally, build relationships with thought leaders, and ensure scientific excellence in medical education and publications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercialization, clinical development, and local Medical Affairs, supporting evidence planning, congress strategies, and medical education initiatives. Provide expertise on clinical development insights and influence strategic decisions across the MM portfolio. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD with 6-8 years pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically in oncology/hematology, with a focus on multiple myeloma; familiarity with cell therapy, CAR T, and clinical research processes. Proven ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed organizations and engage with thought leaders. Strong strategic, communication, and leadership skills, with 15-20% travel expected.
