Role: Lead Vein-to-Vein Operations for AstraZeneca Cell Therapy, overseeing end-to-end logistics and patient journey orchestration to enable global expansion and scale-up. Responsibilities: develop and manage the operational model focused on proactive patient and product management, real-time visibility, exception handling, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement; establish governance, decision frameworks, and digital control tower capabilities; ensure compliance with GxP standards and traceability; lead cross-functional partnerships including Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and external logistics providers; support operational readiness for new studies, countries, and digital systems; build high-performing teams. Requirements: 10+ years (or 8+ with advanced degrees) in pharma/biotech logistics, clinical supply, or cell therapy operations; extensive experience in regulated, complex environments with autologous vein-to-vein processes; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; deep understanding of cold chain, time-sensitive logistics, traceability, and GxP compliance; background in supply chain design, real-time monitoring, and process improvement. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS, MBA), experience with control towers and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau; prior experience supporting clinical-to-commercial transitions or global expansion.
