Director, Cell Therapy Patient Operations

Role: Director, Cell Therapy Patient Operations leading day-to-day management of patient-specific order fulfillment for TCR T-cell therapies at Immatics. Responsibilities: build and oversee the Patient Operations team; develop SOPs and infrastructure for scalable case and order management; monitor operational workflows; serve as escalation point; partner with cross-functional teams including Patient Access & Support; support launch activities and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, healthcare, or related; 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in autologous cell therapy order coordination or transplant operations; 3+ years in leadership roles. Preferred: direct experience with T-cell therapy or similar autologous therapies; clinical background (RN, NP, PharmD, etc.); oncology patient access and reimbursement knowledge; experience in regulated environments.
