Director, Cell Therapy Patient Operations

Role: Director, Cell Therapy Patient Operations, leading the patient-specific order management for Immatics' TCR T-cell therapy portfolio. Primary objectives include building and managing a team to ensure efficient, accurate, empathetic case and order coordination across authorized treatment centers (ATCs), supporting launch readiness and operational scalability. Responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations, developing SOPs, defining service standards, and establishing infrastructure for operational excellence; partnering across functions to optimize patient journey, including collaboration with Patient Access & Support; and serving as an escalation point for complex cases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in autologous cell therapy case and product order management, preferably within oncology or transplant operations; 3+ years in team leadership. Preferred skills include direct T-cell therapy experience, clinical background (RN, NP, PharmD), knowledge of oncology patient access, and experience in regulated environments.
