The Director of Catheter Development for HTI is accountable for rapid catheter prototyping to disrupt Electrophysiology market technology. This role involves creating and executing front-end innovation strategies for catheters and disposables, leading next-generation catheter technology development over a 7-10 year horizon, and delivering transformative innovations.

Key Duties

• Identifying new concepts
• Developing prototypes for future revenue streams
• Managing early-stage projects from concept to First in Human transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering
• 10+ years of medical technology leadership
• Strong R&D/Operations experience
• A Master's degree is preferred
