As Director of Case Management, you will be a key member of the Patient Services Leadership Team, responsible for leading the pull-through of the Patient Support Program design and service offering. They will be responsible for a team of first-line managers who directly supervise case managers responsible for supporting patients through their treatment journey. The role will be responsible for defined KPIs and goals for in-line therapy while preparing for potential new launch products. This position reports to the Head of Patient Services and will be remote.
