Role Responsibilities:
- Product alignment: Partner with pod leads to understand business strategic objectives and define end-to-end requirements for Commercial capabilities; liaise with UI/UX designers, cross-CMO channel teams, data teams, and development teams to clarify objectives, value drivers, and success criteria.
- Requirement translation: Elicit and structure requirements into actionable inputs/outputs for user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Roadmap alignment: Work with product owners to support the roadmap across agent product management, engineering, and digital initiatives aligned to measurable outcomes.
- Workflow redesign: Align on adoption metrics and workflow adjustments to communicate solution value, impact, and readiness.
- Performance tracking & feedback review: Define and track post-deployment performance metrics to ensure business value and continuous improvement.
- Testing & validation: Partner with development and QA; develop evaluations as business SMEs to validate expectations before launch.
- Communication & enablement: Prepare business teams for demos, rollouts, and adoption reviews.
- Culture & collaboration: Foster clarity, transparency, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Execute project plan from requirements to product timeline to ensure timely launch and iteration.
- Align with governance: Confirm data access, model/feature approvals, risk controls, and compliance requirements before build.
- Triage and resolve user issues; communicate updates and workarounds.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years in business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation (preferably healthcare/life sciences).
- Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements with AI/ML teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership: influence/collaborate, coach others, guide work to achieve business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health, or related field.
- Healthcare/life sciences business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation experience.
