Role Responsibilities
- Product alignment: Partner with pod leads to translate business strategic objectives across UI/UX, CMO channel teams, data, and development teams to define end-to-end Commercial capability requirements (objectives, value drivers, success criteria).
- Requirement translation: Elicit and structure product-lead requirements into inputs/outputs for technical and product user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Roadmap alignment: Work with product owners to align roadmap across agent product management, engineering, and digital initiatives to measurable outcomes.
- Workflow redesign: Align with stakeholders on adoption metrics and process adjustments to communicate value, impact, and readiness.
- Performance tracking & feedback review: Define and track post-deployment metrics to ensure business value, continuous improvement, and adoption.
- Testing & validation: Partner with development/QA; develop evaluations as a business SME to validate expectations before launch.
- Communication & enablement: Prepare teams for demos, rollouts, and adoption reviews.
- Culture & collaboration: Foster clarity, transparency, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Execute project plan; align with governance (data access, approvals, risk controls, compliance) and triage user issues.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years in business analysis/strategy/digital transformation (preferably healthcare/life sciences).
- Proven experience with AI/ML teams translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business/Life Sciences/Health or related field.
- Healthcare/life sciences business analysis/strategy/digital transformation experience.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary range: $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20% of base; eligible long-term incentives; 401(k) and health/leave benefits.
