Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with pod leads to translate business strategic objectives into end-to-end requirements for Commercial capabilities (UI/UX, channel teams, data, and development).
- Elicit and structure requirements into actionable inputs/outputs for user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Align with product owners on business goals/priorities to support roadmap across product management, engineering, and digital initiatives.
- Redesign workflows with stakeholders using adoption metrics to communicate value and readiness.
- Define and track post-deployment performance metrics to ensure business value, continuous improvement, and adoption.
- Partner with development/QA to create evaluations as business SMEs to validate solutions before launch.
- Prepare teams for demos, rollouts, and adoption reviews.
- Foster collaboration/clarity across business and technical teams.
- Execute the project plan from business requirements to product timeline.
- Confirm data access, approvals, risk controls, and compliance requirements before build.
- Triage and resolve user issues; communicate updates/workarounds.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 8+ years in business analysis/strategy/digital transformation (prefer healthcare/life sciences).
- Experience working with AI/ML teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree in Business/Life Sciences/Health or related field.
- Healthcare/life sciences business analysis/strategy/digital transformation experience.
