Director, Business Systems - Biometrics

Role: Director, Business Systems - Biometrics, leading the development and lifecycle management of analytics and reporting platforms supporting clinical trials in a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: define and oversee requirements for SAS, Posit, Tableau, and Python-based systems; facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Biometrics and IT; drive automation, scalability, and continuous improvement; lead validation, testing, change management, and user adoption efforts; develop key artifacts (user stories, functional specs) and oversee system upgrades and maintenance. Requirements: 10+ years supporting enterprise analytics platforms in biotech or pharma; hands-on experience with SAS (Linux), Tableau, Posit Connect, Python, R, Git/GitHub; strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and SDLC knowledge (Agile/Scrum); excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience in regulated environments, cloud (AWS), and process improvement.
