Director, Business Strategy and Operations

Role: Director, Business Strategy & Operations at Kite, focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving strategic initiatives within US Commercial. Responsibilities include advising the GM, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans, leading planning cycles, managing governance processes, and supporting cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Requirements: Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years or relevant experience; experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma strategy and operations preferred.
