Director, Business Intelligence — Engineering & Property Services (E&PS)

Role Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organization’s BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own benchmarking and competitive intelligence strategy aligned to portfolio goals, asset classes, and growth targets.
- Design and maintain internal vs. external benchmarking models across asset classes (MAKE, Non-MAKE, mixed-use) and geographies.
- Monitor competitor activity, new developments, leasing terms, rent/occupancy trends, financing activity, and asset-level performance.
- Create executive dashboards and self-serve analytics focused on portfolio benchmarks, market signals, and competitive performance.
- Translate complex data into clear stories for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and mentor cross-functional BI analyst team; foster curiosity and accountability.
- Oversee analytics pipelines, dashboards, and ensure data quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Understand geopolitical and inflationary impacts relative to functional goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in BI/Data Analytics; 5+ years in leadership roles preferably in engineering, facilities, or property management.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), data warehouses, and data management platforms.
- Strong database management and SQL; familiarity with big data analytics trends.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:
- Python, SAP, Maximo, SaaS experience.

Required/Other:
- English proficiency; travel up to 30%.
