Director, Business Intelligence (Engineering & Property Services)

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organization’s BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own a benchmarking and competitive intelligence strategy aligned to portfolio goals, asset classes, and growth targets.
- Design and maintain benchmarking models (internal vs. external) across asset classes and geographies.
- Monitor competitor activity, developments, leasing terms, rent/occupancy trends, financing activity, and asset-level performance.
- Create executive dashboards and self-serve analytics for portfolio benchmarks, market signals, and competitive performance.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team; foster curiosity and accountability.
- Oversee pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to ensure data quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Understand geopolitical and inflationary impacts relative to functional goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related). Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in BI/Data Analytics; 5+ years leadership in engineering, facilities, or property management.
- Strong stakeholder influence and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), data warehouses, and data management platforms.
- Strong database management and SQL; trends in big data analytics.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency; travel up to 30%.

Preferred:
- Python, SAP, Maximo, SaaS.
