Director, Business Integration Leader

Role: Business Integration Leader (BIL) driving strategic transformation initiatives within the Business Units (BU) to enhance operational efficiency and organizational results. Responsibilities: lead early-stage capability design, monitor transformation progress with scorecards, develop scaling plans and operating models, execute multi-year roadmaps, align transformation efforts with business outcomes, prioritize projects, and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. Collaborates closely with the BU Engagement Director and cross-functional partners. Qualifications: BA/BS required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, or related fields; demonstrated leadership, project management, change management, and data-driven decision-making skills. Preferred: prior people management experience. High-Value specifics: focus on pharma commercial transformations, with an emphasis on operational effectiveness and innovation, supporting cross-functional teams, and managing strategic initiatives within a hybrid work setup with ~10% travel.
