Primary responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate data-driven, actionable insights that inform launch and go-to-market strategies and support commercial objectives.
- Serve as Commercial Insight & Analytics Lead for US marketing teams; lead an insight team across market research, data strategy, forecasting, commercial effectiveness, measurement, marketing/sales operations, digital analytics, competitive insights, and strategy.
- Engage US disease-aligned leaders to translate priorities into business needs and enable interconnected problem solving.
- Partner with commercial and senior marketing leaders; influence and challenge stakeholders across DHH, marketing, sales, business operations, medical, and finance.
- Own the commercial insight generation strategy/roadmap; tie work to business priorities, identify gaps, and track βso what/now whatβ and realized value.
- Prioritize work based on DHH capacity and enable insight syndication.
Education/experience:
- Undergraduate degree required.
- MBA/Masterβs/Doctorate preferred.
- 12+ years marketing insights/strategy support delivering complex analytical projects in pharma/biotech using brand analytics/market research and/or large US patient/physician databases.
- 3+ years leading commercial insights teams.
- Experience/deep knowledge in respiratory and chronic diseases; strong Rare Disease/specialty/cardiovascular/respiratory expertise.
