Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading development of business insights and analytics strategy for gene therapies in rare, genetically defined cardiomyopathies.
- Lead forecasting for pipeline gene therapy assets; build disease-modeling and forecasting to estimate market size, patient segments, addressable and treatment-eligible populations using genotype/phenotype approaches.
- Build, maintain, and continuously refine a rare cardiology data/analytics platform to support genetic cardiomyopathy diagnosis and field market-development efforts.
- Lead integrated secondary-data analytics and primary market research to understand diagnostic pathways and barriers to patient identification/navigation and to prioritize disease education/market opportunities.
- Integrate real-world data, primary research, field insights, and market intelligence into a connected analytics platform.
- Mine and synthesize fragmented rare-disease evidence; identify novel approaches including advanced analytics, generative AI, and machine learning-enabled evidence synthesis.
- Partner with cross-functional and field teams to define strategic questions, identify knowledge gaps, and develop integrated analytic/research approaches.
- Partner with IT and analytics vendors to establish scalable systems, platforms, dashboards, and recurring insight processes.
- Oversee compliant, privacy- and reporting-adherent use of analytics/market research budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs required; MBA/MPH/MS/PhD/PharmD/MD or related advanced degree preferred.
- 12 years relevant biopharma experience in business insights/analytics/forecasting/epidemiology/market research/real-world data.
- Highly desirable: rare disease, gene therapy, cardiology/cardiovascular medicine.
- Strong disease/epidemiology modeling, forecasting, advanced analytics, and integration of complex data sources.
- Strong market research (qualitative/quantitative); advanced analytics incl. real-world data, claims/EHR, patient identification; preference for ML/generative AI.
- Experience building/managing integrated analytics platforms/dashboards/recurring processes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, strategic-to-execution thinking, and communication skills.

- Expected salary range: $196,000β$261,000.
