Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic, operational, and business planning recommendations/plans to the General Manager to increase impact of assigned products.
- Integrate product and portfolio strategies and plans across functions; prioritize the most impactful actions.
- Prepare for critical performance reviews, investor relations, and business reviews with leadership teams.
- Lead cross-functional impact reviews to assess progress against integrated KPIs across functions.
- Lead creation of investor relations package and narrative for assigned product(s).
- Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and/or drive significant customer impact.
- Run Product Core Team leadership, setting priorities, agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
- Partner with finance, insights, and analytics to define criteria for and measure resource allocation decisions.
- Ensure alignment with, compliance with, and ownership of NPC policies, including the Code of Conduct and applicable laws/regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree (relevant area); MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare/healthcare consulting with at least 2 different cross-functional roles/experience.
- 2+ years project management and translating strategy into execution.
- 2+ years leading complex projects with global and local alignment.
- 5+ years commercial experience (multi-functional preferred) in pharma/biotech/healthcare/consulting.
- Demonstrated strategic acumen; strong analytical skills; ability to generate insights and develop action plans.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and โtell a storyโ orally and in writing.
- Curious, excellent listening skills; able to challenge current thinking.
- Track record of exceptional performance and execution.
Desirable Requirements:
- Therapeutic Area experience.
- 2+ years within a major consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Global/regional experience (projects or roles of 6+ months).
