Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage business applications supporting functions within Novartis US; align with strategic objectives.
- Consolidate and maintain standard applications to maximize efficiency and adoption across user personas; identify enhancement opportunities (including AI & automation).
- Develop and execute an application product roadmap; oversee end-to-end development lifecycle (idea to implementation) using agile.
- Integrate AI capabilities (predictive analytics, intelligent automation, generative AI) to improve user experience, insights, and decision-making.
- Manage product backlog; prioritize initiatives by strategic value and scalability.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to influence product/application roadmaps.
- Drive consolidation of technology products into evolved, interoperable platforms; ensure development aligns with organizational strategies.
- Engage business units for a unified view of required technology platforms; work with DDIT and IDS teams for planning/integration/execution.
- Track adoption and feedback; refine strategy; ensure onboarding, training, and stakeholder communication.
Education:
- Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Qualifications / Required / Preferred:
- 8+ years in product management, application development, or related roles (pharma/healthcare preferred); experience managing vendor relationships.
- Strong product lifecycle management; agile frameworks and best practices.
- Track record delivering complex product portfolios aligned to business/user needs; ideally with embedded data/AI.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, NLP, and/or generative AI for enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills; change/innovation ability.
- Certification in product management or agile methodologies desirable; additional vendor management experience.
Compensation (if hired):
- Pay range expected: $185,500β$344,500/year; additional benefits may include sign-on bonus, RSUs, discretionary awards, and medical/financial benefits.
