Role Responsibilities
IBRANCE – Consumer Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and lead US IBRANCE consumer strategic/tactical plan (brand objectives, lifecycle/LOE preparedness).
- Develop and execute DTC omnichannel media strategy (OLV/CTV, radio, print, digital, social, search), including messaging, segmentation, audience profiling, and creative.
- Serve as Consumer Agency Lead (manage creative/media agencies, SOWs, budgets, execution quality).
- Partner with CMO & Analytics to define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize in real time.
- Lead consumer-focused planning for IBRANCE LOE readiness.
- Lead OPDP submissions and creative updates per FDA guidance.

Pipeline – Patient Experience Strategy & Execution (Growing)
- Develop/own BC pipeline Patient Experience strategy/tactics for US launch readiness; create launch deliverables (positioning, message, website, brochure, OPDP).
- Serve as US Patient Experience Lead; embed patient insights early.
- Shape patient support services and access resources.
- Partner with Global Marketing, Medical, Advocacy, and Corporate Affairs to build engagement foundation ahead of launch.

Patient Advocacy
- Identify advocacy opportunities nationally/locally; support metastatic breast cancer patient programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Portfolio Integration
- Connect consumer/patient and HCP strategies; align IBRANCE plans with portfolio/brand strategies; lead key business planning deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 8+ years (or Master’s + 7+; PhD/PharmD + 5+).
- Significant US consumer/patient marketing experience; omnichannel ownership and OPDP submissions.
- US consumer/patient TV-inclusive marketing; track record of launch performance/growth.
- Strong consumer insights/strategy, media/performance metrics, advanced analytics, tech-enabled optimization, brand governance, tailored content, and test design; success in competitive regulated environments; strong leadership and communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology and/or breast cancer; DTC media; launch readiness/LOE planning; MBA/advanced degree.
- Innovation mindset; influence leadership; comfort with ambiguity and accelerated deadlines.

Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary range: $176,600–$294,300; bonus target 20%; eligibility for long-term incentive; 401(k) match and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/dental/vision.
