Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the enterprise brand tracking capability platform used by TA/BU MR teams for longitudinal brand measurement (ATU, brand health, wave/pulse, continuous programs).
- Define/maintain platform structural elements, output formats, and analytical frameworks to ensure cross-TA comparability while preserving TA-level flexibility.
- Own platform governance (rules, documentation standards, escalation processes) for CoE tracking platforms.
- Partner on tracking vendor requirements and preferred supplier selection consistent with CoE capability architecture and AI roadmap.
- Lead transition from traditional survey tracker programs to AI-enabled/platform-based measurement (migration roadmap, quality criteria).
- Define AI validation framework for reliability and output comparability; support TA/BU change management, onboarding, and user support.
- Monitor and flag AI tracking output anomalies/reliability concerns.
- Serve as primary advisory resource to TA/BU on platform configuration, output interpretation, and capability use; support requirements gathering and adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years in Market Research/commercial insights/analytics in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of longitudinal brand tracking (ATU, brand health, KPI/sampling/benchmarking).
- Experience owning/governing shared research platforms used by multiple stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of AI-enabled research platform implications (validation, comparability, change management).
- Ability to drive adoption in a matrix organization.
- Experience managing external research vendors (quality oversight, scope, performance).
- Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and executive communication.
- Familiarity with global market research data privacy/regulatory requirements.
Compensation (Princeton, NJ): $197,800β$239,681. Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
