Role: Lead the biology organization for radiopharmaceutical discovery at RayzeBio, overseeing target discovery, validation, pharmacology, and candidate selection from target identification through IND-enabling studies. Responsibilities include developing and executing biology strategies, building and leading multidisciplinary teams, establishing target validation frameworks, and guiding mechanism-of-action and translational studies. The role also involves spearheading quantitative pharmacology and target engagement platforms, integrating biochemical, cellular, imaging, and dosimetry data, and supporting portfolio decisions. Collaboration spans across Radiochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Imaging, DMPK, Toxicology, and Clinical teams, with a focus on innovative oncology targets and radiopharmaceutical modalities. The position demands strategic leadership in target validation, assay development, and external scientific engagement, including academic and industry collaborations.
