Role: Director of Bioconjugation leading strategic development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) and antibody–RNA conjugates (ARC/AOC). Responsibilities: oversee bioconjugation team, define chemistry and site-specificity strategies, partner with Chemistry on linker–payload design, and support candidate progression from discovery through transition to development. Collaborate closely with discovery, biology, DMPK, toxicology, CMC, and external partners; represent bioconjugation in governance and portfolio reviews; promote data standardization and ML-guided design. Requirements: PhD or advanced degree in organic chemistry, chemical biology, biochemistry, or related field; 8+ years industry/academic experience, including 6+ years in leadership; deep expertise in bioconjugation chemistry, payload handling, analytical methods, and platform development. Preferred: experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics, glycan-mediated platforms, degrader conjugates, dual/multi-payload formats, CMC support, and computational design tools; established external reputation via publications or patents.
