Role: Provide scientific and strategic leadership for bioanalysis supporting Bausch + Lomb's ocular therapeutic programs across small and large molecules from discovery through lifecycle management. Responsibilities: define and oversee bioanalytical strategies, including assay development for PK/PD, target engagement, and immunogenicity; author regulatory submissions and responses; oversee CRO selection and management; lead the potential internal non-GLP lab build, including planning, design, and team recruitment; ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and ICH standards; mentor a scientific team and manage budgets. Requirements: Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field with 10+ years industry experience, including leadership in regulated bioanalysis supporting INDs, NDAs, or BLAs; expertise in LC-MS/MS, ligand-binding assays, and immunogenicity assessments; experience managing CROs and regulatory interactions. Preferred: experience integrating AI into bioanalytical workflows, ocular tissue matrix knowledge, and laboratory buildout.
