Role: Lead the strategic development and operational launch of GE HealthCare’s ASL Central & Pediatric MR in Cincinnati, focusing on advancing pediatric MRI solutions. Responsibilities: oversee facility build-out, coordinate global and local teams, foster academic and clinical partnerships (notably with Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center and University of Cincinnati), and drive research and innovation in pediatric MR imaging. Lead cross-functional efforts to translate scientific advancements into clinical applications, influence stakeholders within a matrixed organization, and represent GE in pediatric imaging communities. Requirements: Ph.D. in Physics, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering; 7+ years in MR imaging research and 5+ years in R&D or product development; strong technical background in MRI science; proven leadership, collaboration, and project management in complex, global environments. Preferred: innovation in MR physics, pulse sequence development, pediatric imaging expertise, clinical trial experience, prior GE MR system familiarity, and inclusive leadership skills.
