Role: Lead GE HealthCare’s Applied Science Lab (ASL) Central & Pediatric MRI, focusing on developing innovative pediatric MR solutions and establishing the Cincinnati site. Responsibilities: guide strategy, oversee facility build-out and operational launch, foster collaborations with academic and clinical partners, and translate research into clinical practice. Drive site operations, research prioritization, and product development aligned with organizational MR strategies. Facilitate scientific contributions and represent GE in the pediatric MR community. Requirements: Ph.D. in Physics, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering; 7+ years MR imaging research and 5+ years industrial R&D experience; strong MR science expertise; excellent communication; proven leadership in cross-functional projects; ability to influence in matrixed, global settings. Preferred: innovation in MR physics, pediatric imaging experience, clinical trial support, prior GE MR system familiarity.
