Director, Applied AI

Role: Lead Denali's applied AI practice as Director to develop AI-driven solutions enhancing operational efficiency in neurodegenerative disease research. Responsibilities: set AI strategy, design and prototype solutions from idea to production, partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact problems, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and drive adoption and scaling of AI initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, AI, data science, or engineering; 10+ years in solution delivery with applied AI/ML, proficient in Python, with hands-on experience building generative AI and LLM applications; experience in regulated life sciences environments (pharma, biotech, medical devices), familiar with GxP, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF.
