Collaboration spans engineering, security, quality, and infrastructure teams, with high-level communication to leadership and audit bodies. The position is based in Irving, Texas (hybrid/on-site), with a minimum of three days on campus, and may require occasional travel. The candidate must have 10+ years in SRE, DevOps, or production operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role; experience with incident management for critical systems under regulatory frameworks; and a strong background in automation and AI-assisted operational practices. Preferred background includes clinical diagnostics, laboratory systems, and cloud-native observability tools. The role serves as a senior escalation point, contributing technically while leading a team, with a focus on reducing operational toil through automation.
