The Director, Antibody Screening and Characterization will lead a team of scientists in antibody screening and in vitro characterization, focusing on Hit Finding and advancing antibody candidates across therapeutic areas. This role involves utilizing advanced methods and automation, driving innovation, and managing the progression of therapeutic candidates through the pipeline.

The Director will also co-lead projects, manage and develop staff, and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion. A Ph.D. and significant leadership experience in biologics discovery are required.
