Position Summary
The Director, Analytics will translate data into insight, foresight, and intelligent action across the enterprise. Accountable for building and scaling AI-infused analytics capabilities that drive fact-based decision-making and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Shape Analytics & AI Vision: define/foster forward-looking AI- and advanced-analytics strategy; position analytics as a differentiator.
- Deliver Insights that Drive Intelligent Action: lead scalable analytics (dashboards, advanced analytics, AI-enabled insight products); translate data into actionable insights; move from retrospective reporting to forward-looking AI decision intelligence.
- Be a Trusted Business Partner: partner with senior leaders; advise using external analytics/AI; anticipate business needs.
- Drive Adoption & Business Impact: ensure intuitive, accessible solutions; champion self-service AI decision support; define/supervise success metrics tied to business value.
- Establish Trust, Consistency & Governance: ensure accurate/explainable outputs aligned to enterprise standards; partner with Data Product teams for trusted data; build confidence in analytics/AI.
- Transform Analytics Capabilities: evolve tools/platforms/ways of working for AI use cases; standardize scalable approaches.
- Lead and Inspire Talent: build and lead analytics teams (BI, advanced analytics, AI); foster experimentation/innovation; attract/develop top talent.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Required: 10+ years relevant experience; analytics/data/BI experience; people leadership; track record delivering enterprise analytics with business impact; ability to influence senior partners.
- Preferred: sophisticated analytics, AI/ML, modern BI/visualization tools; experience with data product/platform orgs; executive communication/storytelling.
- Other: up to 20% domestic/international travel.
